As we said in a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quiddis.com\/en\/social-digital-learning\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">previous article<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, this is the easiest and most popular way to <\/span><b>replicate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the traditional <\/span><b>bricks-and-mortar class environment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the digital world. On one side, it allows one teacher to talk to many students even if they are not in the same location. On the other hand, it allows students to interact, mostly through a <\/span><b>dedicated chat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, by asking questions and receiving an <\/span><b>answer right away<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apart from the <\/span><b>lack of physical constraints<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, another great advantage of webinars is the <\/span><b>opportunity to record <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">them, including the Question &amp; Answer part, and <\/span><b>upload <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">them on digital platforms. Of course this can be helpful to <\/span><b>introduce digital training<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in new environments, but can also be a <\/span><b>limiting factor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the exploitation of e-learning content potential.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>greatest benefits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of e-learning comes in fact from creating <\/span><b>content <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that are,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0contrary to webinars, <b>meant for this specific channel <\/b>and designed and put into effect using all those <\/span><b>training strategies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that proved to be very effective when <\/span><b>learning digitally<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
