On one side, it is undeniable the importance of this <\/span><b>initial phase <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the instructional design process; on the other side, it is essential to underline that having a clear vision of the<\/span><b> desired destination <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can be useful to <\/span><b>evaluate <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the <\/span><b>effectiveness of training <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Reaching the set objectives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the training program, in fact, is one of the <\/span><b>evaluation levels <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quiddis.com\/en\/training-evaluation-how-to-measure-the-effectiveness-of-elearning\"><b>Kirkpatrick\u2019s model<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, even if it is not the only one needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, if <\/span><b>training is not <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a simple \u201c<\/span><b>knowledge transfer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d from teacher to learner anymore, it is essential for <\/span><b>tools <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to adjust to the new <\/span><b>objectives matrix<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FROM_BLOOMS_TAXONOMY_TO_COMPETENCY-BASED_TRAINING\"><\/span><b>FROM BLOOM\u2019S TAXONOMY TO COMPETENCY-BASED TRAINING<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main <\/span><b>changes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">introduced in the <\/span><b>Taxonomy <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">revision regarded the <\/span><b>target enlargement <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and the more <\/span><b>theoretical-practical approach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
