PARTNERSHIP METHODS
Two methods depending on the degree of autonomy of the partner and the involvement of Quiddis in commercial activities
Quiddis Silent Partner
Quiddis will provide in-depth training on its e-learning solutions and it will be the partner organization’s responsibility to manage all relationships and commercial aspects with the potential end customer, as established in the partnership agreement.
Quiddis Manifest Partner
Quiddis will provide basic training on the services offered and a member of the team will always be involved in commercial and consultancy activities to the potential end customer as an expert in the field, explicitly as Quiddis or implicitly as a partner collaborator.
SALES METHOD
Two methods depending on the degree of autonomy of the partner and the need for Quiddis infrastructure
DIRECT
- sale on Quiddis eShop with referral code and % on net*
- sale on own eShop (connected to Quiddis applications) with initial setup costs and % on net*
INDIRECT
- subcontracting: purchase from Quiddis eShop and resale to the customer in the manner deemed most appropriate by the Partner for the specific situation
*The referral reward is recurring and also applies to any subsequent license renewals.
N.B.In any case, the intellectual property of the applications remains with Grammelot, which will take care of the technical support, maintenance and updating of the systems.
