INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

The Instructional Designer within the Quiddis Team will interact with prospects and clients in order to build tailor-made instructional plan starting from a Training Need Analysis carried out on the specific target. He/She will be in charge, together with the client, of setting learning objectives and design a training process which will comprehend the most effective training modalities (face-to-face, synchronous digital and asynchronous digital) and educational strategies in relation to the context and target. 

If the instructional plan provides for asynchronous eLearning, the figure will oversee the storyboard design process, collaborating with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the content production team (developers and graphic designers). 

In any case, the figure will be in charge of monitoring the whole training process on behalf of the client, ensuring that every action is compliant with the set instructional plan.

Primary Responsabilities 

  • Carrying out the Training Need Analysis (know, know-how, know how-to-be)
  • Setting Learning Objectives 
  • Designing customised instructional plan based on the client’s needs (infrastructures, content, experiences)
  • Designing storyboards for the learning content (storytelling and educational strategies)
  • Relationship with the eLearning content production team 
  • Relationship with clients and SMEs

Location: Milano-Torino with possibility of business trips in Italy and abroad

Skill Requirements

Degree Degree in Education or Humanities (e.g. Educational Science, Literature, Languages)
Experience First experience or above
English Level C1
