For many years we have been the one providing the back-end service behind our clients’ training academies: Quiddis has serviced organizations all around Europe with an easy yet complete environment to build tailor-made training solutions.

But by creating storyboards and designing lessons for our clients, we have learnt all about training methods and learning strategies, applied to different contexts and business fields.

This led us to build our own academy, putting together our team’s expertise with experienced teachers’ knowledge and passion.

We are not here to sell you a set of pre-made general courses. We created a faculty who can help you designing your tailor-made training path, from the preliminary analysis of the current situation to the actual lessons’ delivery, both online and face-to-face.

That is why we begin our journey with a series of assessments: a clear understanding of where your organization is placed in relation to key factors for business’ growth is in fact the first step to work together in designing a training path tailored to your specific goals.

Your job is to make your organization grow.

Our job is to help you find the best way to do so.

What WE FOCUS ON:

Digital changing is the integration process of digital technologies into all the different business areas. We prefer this label to the usual “digital transformation”, since we believe this is indeed a neverending process: it encompasses continuous adjustments, both in how organizations operate and in their cultural mindset, and requires extreme nimbleness to adapt to sudden changes.
Digital changing concerns every aspects of a company’s life, no matter the business field, the number of employees or the degree of maturity.

Is your organization keeping pace? Discover your “digital profile” with our assessments: choose the areas you would like to focus on and start stepping up your game.

We have all heard about the people centric approach to process management, the new way to handle organizations’ processes by putting employees’ welfare first. The main idea behind this approach is that organizations are made by people and every single employee’s contribution is fundamental to reach the desired business goals. But to do so, the organization itself must focus on creating a working environment where everyone’s safety and welfare are key factors to increase productivity and enhance results.

Is your organization taking enough care of its employees? Discover how much “people centric” your approach is with our assessments: choose the areas you would like to focus on and start stepping up your game.

Which are the risks for a company with incompetent leaders?

  • Unclear business strategy and how to implement it
  • Poorly standardized company processes, always reinvented from scratch
  • Employees who don’t understand how they can contribute to the company’s improvement
  • Issues uncovered and recognized too late
  • Difficult cooperation between different departments
  • Talented young workers lacking motivation because they don’t have a consistent growing plan
  • The leader calling on coworkers to do things he doesn’t do first-hand…

A true leader is someone who can define an ambitious strategy which is coherent with client’s needs and company’s goals. Someone who can create a plan to implement it and motivate his team to achieve it. In particular, a lean leader stands out in relation to six aspects: process, performance, problem solving, purpose, people and collaboration.
