Improved Webinar reports and new Learning Analytics Dashboard

Thank to the latest BigBlueButton update, the video lesson system integrated in Quiddis Join, version 3.3.0 has improved general and detailed reports relating to individual lessons, as well as the final report which traces the participation of users in all the virtual events of the course. In addition, in the Advanced configuration of Join it is now possible to consult the Learning Analytics Dashboard, a panel containing all the data relating to video lessons: speaking time and webcam time for each user, any messages sent in chat, poll results.

Summary of activities and resources for each course

In addition to the view of the different activities and resources already present in the platform for each course, version 3.3.0 of Quiddis Join adds the possibility of downloading a “Summary” in .csv format, useful for sharing the program of the activities with the certification body or with teachers themselves during the course organization phase.

Export to external calendars with invitation to all subscribers

One of the key features of the integrated calendar in the platform is the possibility to export deadlines and appointments to external calendars (e.g. Google Calendar or Outlook calendar), to be able to manage reminders and alerts independently. The novelty of version 3.3.0 of Quiddis Join is the possibility for the teacher to automatically add all those enrolled in the course, by sending everyone an email containing the invitation and the details of the event and being able to manage reminders for everyone, always via email or using the notifications system of the chosen calendar.

Calendar tooltip for viewing the reference course

Again in relation to the calendar integrated into the platform, version 3.3.0 provides for the insertion of tooltips, i.e. automatic suggestions, with the name of the course to which the event or deadline refers. This allows in particular users with different courses to immediately recognize the origin of a particular activity just by consulting the calendar and without actually having to enter the specific course.

Improvement of enrollment and assignment to courses process

Last, but not least, of the innovations introduced in version 3.3.0 of Join is the facilitation of the process of enrollment and assignment to courses, thanks to the inclusion of the possibility to search for them directly by title from the complete list.
